Its side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and digital temperature control maintain a consistent 34° to 40°F, supporting reliable performance during rush periods. With 9.7 cu. ft. of storage, it balances chilled pan access on top with backup ingredients below to keep your workflow moving.
Set up efficient make-stations with the included 19" poly cutting board and six 1/3 pans for toppings, sauces, and garnishes. A self-closing hinged solid door with lock and two shelves provide secure, organized storage between shifts.
