Stage toppings in the included twelve 1/3-size stainless steel pans and assemble pies on the durable 19-inch poly cutting board. Three self-closing, hinged solid doors with locks help safeguard product, and six shelves boost flexibility for dough boxes, sauces, or backup cheese.
A side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant supports efficient airflow and easy service access, with air defrost and automatic evaporation to reduce maintenance.
