The Atosa MSF8307GR-NTCV two-section sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator equips prep lines with chilled ingredients and a full-length work surface. It includes twenty-four 1/6 poly pans beneath the rail and a 10" poly cutting board for streamlined assembly. Rear-mounted, self-contained, ventilated refrigeration with air defrost and automatic evaporation is managed by a digital temperature control to hold 33° to 40°F.
Inside the 17.2 cu. ft. cabinet, two adjustable shelves sit behind two solid hinged self-closing doors for organized, accessible storage. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back supports daily kitchen use, while 3" casters enable easy positioning. The unit runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system and operates on 115v/60/1 at 2.8 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord.
