Built for streamlined prep, the Atosa MSF8308GR-NTCV sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator combines a 72-7/10" x 34" footprint and 21.1 cu. ft. of cold storage with a 10" poly cutting board and thirty included 1/6 poly pans. Digital temperature control maintains 33° to 40°F, while rear-mounted, self-contained, ventilated refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides reliable cooling with air defrost and automatic evaporation.
Three solid hinged self-closing doors and three adjustable shelves support organized storage and quick access during service. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back handles daily use, and 3" casters make movement straightforward. Powered by a 1/5 HP system on 115v/60/1-ph (2.8 amps) with a cord and NEMA 5-15P, this three-section unit meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
