Product Description
This gas, double tank pasta cooker is engineered to streamline busy service with a compact 33.00"W x 37.00"D x 47.00"H footprint. Built with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and tank (SUS316), it features deep-drawn construction with a sandblasted and electropolished finish, and a tank welded to the top. Standard baskets include (3) 1/3 and (3) 1/6 on the left and (3) 1/6 on the right, supporting organized, multi-shape cooking.
Operators gain precise control with control knobs offering adjustable flame levels, a high-limit safety shut-off, and reliable piezoelectric ignition. An 8" tank depth, manual water fill valve, and a 1" NPT drain valve support efficient turnover and cleanup, while the unit accepts gas manifold pressure of NG 4" W.C. or LP 10" W.C. It levels easily on 4"–6" adjustable legs, observes 6" side/rear clearance for combustibles and 0" for noncombustibles, and carries ETL, ETL sanitation, and cETLus listings.
