Product Description
This gas, single-tank pasta cooker enhances workflow with a compact 16W x 37D x 47H footprint. Its stainless steel exterior, interior, and SUS316 tank use deep-drawn construction with a sandblasted, electropolished finish, and the tank is welded to the top for a seamless work surface. An 8-inch tank depth and standard baskets—two 1/3 baskets plus one 1/6 left and one 1/6 right—support versatility and organized cooking.
Operators get precise control with control knobs offering adjustable flame levels and dependable piezoelectric ignition. A high-limit safety shut-off, manual water fill valve, and a 1-inch NPT drain valve simplify safe operation and maintenance. Installation and placement are straightforward with gas manifold pressure requirements of NG 4 inches W.C. / LP 10 inches W.C., clearances of 6 inches to combustible sides and rear (0 inches to noncombustible), 4–6 inch adjustable legs, and ETL, ETL sanitation, and cETLus certifications.
