The Bakers Pride 252 double deck gas pizza oven combines two 36" x 34.5" cordierite decks with 120,000 BTU of total output to push pies, flatbreads, and appetizers through peak service. A 300°F–650°F range lets kitchens dial in the exact profile each menu demands.
Independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers on each deck help you tune cheese blister and bottom color separately for consistent results. The 8-inch baking chamber height accommodates pans, screens, and trays, expanding beyond pizza to breads and baked starters.
A stainless steel exterior and fully welded frame withstand daily, high‑volume use in pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants. The stackable design supports future growth, while cordierite heat retention speeds recovery between bakes to keep the line moving.
