The Bakers Pride 3152 double deck gas pizza oven boosts output without crowding your line, thanks to a space-saving 33-inch stubby depth. Two 45" W x 24.5" D cordierite decks store heat and deliver even baking for consistent pies, breads, and pastries. It’s built for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants where timing and repeatability drive throughput.
Fire up 140,000 BTU and fine-tune results with independent top and bottom heat dampers on each deck. A stainless steel exterior and fully welded iron frame withstand continuous service, while spring-balanced, insulated doors help hold temperature and keep the exterior cooler.
