Each 8-inch-high chamber accommodates high-volume bakes while streamlining production.
Drive service during rush periods with 210,000 BTU total output (70,000 BTU per deck) for rapid recovery between loads. Independently adjust top and bottom heat dampers on every deck to fine-tune color and crispness, or stage different menu items simultaneously without compromising results.
Built for continuous use, the stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and fully welded angle iron frame stand up to demanding operations. Spring-balanced, insulated doors help maintain set temperatures, while a stackable design and side or rear 3/4-inch gas connection simplify planning for evolving kitchen layouts.
