Two 54" x 24.5" cordierite decks and 8" deck heights handle high-volume pies, calzones, and flatbreads while delivering consistent results across busy service. A compact 33" stubby depth streamlines back-of-house layouts without sacrificing capacity.
Drive throughput with 140,000 BTU of total output and independently adjustable top and bottom heat dampers on each deck for a precise balance of top color and bottom bake. The 300°F–650°F range supports everything from New York–style pizzas to par-baking shells and artisan breads.
Built for the line, the stainless steel exterior and fully welded iron frame stand up to daily demand, and spring-balanced, insulated doors help retain heat between loads.
