The Bakers Pride 452 double deck gas pizza oven powers high-volume production while preserving bake quality. Twin 54 x 34.5 inch cordierite decks store heat and deliver even bakes from edge to edge. With 160,000 BTU and fast recovery, teams keep tickets moving during peak rushes.
Independent top and bottom heat dampers on each deck let chefs fine-tune bottom char and top melt. A roomy 8-inch chamber height accommodates pizzas, sheet pans, and par-baked items to streamline prep-to-serve workflow. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors help retain heat for efficient turns.
