The Bakers Pride CH-6 gas radiant charbroiler equips busy lines with consistent, high-output grilling. Six burners delivering a combined 108,000 BTU create powerful, even heat for steaks, burgers, seafood, and vegetables. Chefs can stage proteins efficiently across multiple zones to keep service moving during peak periods.
Dial in results with individually controlled burners and three-position, heavy-duty cast-iron grates. Stainless steel radiants help distribute heat uniformly across the cooking surface for confident searing and appetizing grill marks. The fully welded plate steel body with stainless side panels supports demanding daily use.
Streamline cleanup with stainless steel slide-out grease drawers and water pans. A rear 1" NPT gas connection with included pressure regulator simplifies installation on the line. Ideal for steakhouses, diners, and high-volume operations, it handles everything from hard sears to gentle finishing with dependable control.
