Engineered for high-volume output, the Bakers Pride EB-2-8-3836 electric double pizza deck oven streamlines production without sacrificing consistency. Two stacked 38-inch wide by 36-inch deep baking chambers with 8-inch deck heights let you fire multiple pizzas, breads, and sheeted items side by side to keep service moving.
Dial in precise results with independently controlled U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck, a broad 150–550°F range, and 16 kW of total power. Use the integrated 60-minute timer to stage bakes, par-bake crusts, or finish orders right on cue.
Built for demanding kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and fully insulated, spring-balanced doors to lock in heat. A fully welded angle iron frame supports stacking up to three ovens high, helping pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants expand capacity while conserving floorspace.
