Independent U-shaped elements above and below each deck spread heat evenly for consistent color and crispness. Operators can stage orders simultaneously to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
Dial in results across a 150 to 550°F range powered by 24 kW, ideal for New York–style pies, artisan breads, and par-baked items. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors help retain heat between loads, while the integrated 60-minute timer supports repeatable bakes. Independent deck controls let you run different menus or hold one deck for finishing.
A stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation maintain temperature stability and support efficient energy use. The heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame enables stackable configurations to expand output without enlarging your footprint.
