Its 38-inch by 36-inch cordierite deck and 7-inch deck height give chefs ample space to launch large pies, artisan breads, and flatbreads with confident results. Even heat across the deck supports consistent color and texture from the first bake to the last.
Dial in performance with 8 kW of power and a wide 300–800°F range, plus independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom for precise balance of top and bottom heat. A fully insulated stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior help maintain stable temperatures while the spring-balanced, insulated door and 60-minute timer streamline busy workflows.
Scale production by stacking up to three ovens without expanding your footprint—ideal for pizza lines, commissaries, and high-volume foodservice programs. Use it to fire pizzas during peak periods, bake hearth loaves, or parbake components for make-ahead service.
