Boost output and consistency with the Bakers Pride EP-3-8-3836 electric pizza bake oven, engineered for high-volume pizzerias, commissaries, and bakeries. Three stacked chambers, each with a 38-inch by 36-inch cordierite deck and 7-inch deck height, streamline multi-item bakes from thin-crust pies to artisan loaves. Fully insulated construction helps retain heat while keeping your line moving.
Dial in performance across a 300°F to 800°F range powered by 24 kW. Independent U-shaped elements on the top and bottom of each deck promote even browning and crisp crusts across every shelf. Spring-balanced, insulated doors and a built-in 60-minute timer support busy workflows.
Scale production without expanding your footprint thanks to a stackable design. A stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior stand up to daily service while delivering reliable heat recovery between rushes. Ideal for whole pies, slices, flatbreads, and bake-off programs.
