Three 57 inch by 36 inch baking chambers with independently controlled, U-shaped elements above and below each deck promote uniform results across every batch. Harness 36 kW across a 300–800°F range to produce New York-style pizzas, Sicilian pans, or artisan breads with repeatable quality. A stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior with full insulation stabilize cavity temperatures and help keep the kitchen cooler. Spring-balanced, insulated doors and a 60-minute timer streamline busy service.
A fully welded, stackable frame lets you expand up to three ovens high without increasing your footprint. Stage production on separate decks—par-bake crusts below while finishing pies above—to smooth rush periods for chefs and foodservice operators in high-demand operations.
