Engineered for throughput, the Bakers Pride ER-2-12-3836 electric double deck oven drives consistent results in busy foodservice. Two 38" x 36" baking chambers with 12" deck heights let teams bake multiple pizzas or trays of baked goods simultaneously. Independent U-shaped elements on each deck deliver even heat top and bottom.
Operate confidently across a broad 150–550°F range while spring-balanced, fully insulated doors lock in heat. A built-in 60-minute timer helps stage batches and maintain pacing. The stainless steel exterior and fully insulated construction help stabilize bake temps and keep exterior surfaces cooler during peak service.
Expand production without expanding your footprint. The fully welded frame stacks up to three ovens high, ideal for high-volume commissaries, pizzerias, and bakeries. Heavy-duty steel legs with Bakertone finish and an aluminized steel interior withstand daily demands and streamline cleaning between rushes.
