U-shaped elements above and below every deck distribute heat evenly, while a broad 150–550°F range and 24 kW output adapt to everything from gentle bakes to high-heat finishes.
Keep workflow steady with spring-balanced, fully insulated doors and a 60-minute timer that helps crews pace multiple batches. The stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior are fully insulated to maintain set temperatures and help keep outer surfaces cooler for operator safety.
