The 24-inch-wide format fits tight cooklines while supporting high-volume service in steakhouses, restaurants, and institutional kitchens.
Built for continuous duty, the stainless steel exterior and interior resist wear, while fully insulated, double-walled construction helps conserve heat and stabilize cook temps. Floating rod grates tilt to two positions, letting operators fine-tune distance from the flame to balance char development, throughput, and product moisture.
Streamline startup and mid-rush relights with a continuously lit crossover pilot tube system. A rear 3/4” NPT gas connection simplifies installation, and availability in natural gas or liquid propane supports a range of kitchen infrastructures.
