A fully insulated, double-walled stainless steel body conserves energy and helps maintain steady temperatures during peak service. Smooth stainless surfaces streamline wipe-downs, keeping the station clean and presentable between turns.
Adjustable floating rod grates offer two tilt positions to fine-tune intensity for delicate fish or hearty chops. A continuously lit crossover pilot ignites burners fast, while the rear 3/4" NPT gas connection simplifies installation on the line.
