Product Description
The Bakers Pride F-48RS-R floor model gas charbroiler powers through peak service with a 48-inch-wide cooking surface and 150,000 BTU of output. Cast-iron radiants store and spread heat evenly, so steaks, burgers, and kebabs sear hard and finish uniformly across the grate.
Engineered for daily duty, the stainless steel interior and exterior clean quickly and resist corrosion. Floating rod grates tilt to two positions, letting you fine-tune heat exposure for delicate fish or thick chops while keeping the line moving.
A continuously lit crossover pilot system speeds ignition and recovery, minimizing downtime between turns. The rear 3/4" NPT connection streamlines installation, and the fully insulated, double-walled body helps maintain stable temperatures in high-volume kitchens.
