Its expansive 72-inch-wide cooking surface and 240,000 BTU output deliver even heat across steaks, seafood, skewers, and vegetables. The ceramic Glo-Stone radiant system retains heat and imparts a natural smoky character that elevates presentation.
Engineered for demanding service, the stainless steel interior and exterior with fully insulated, double-walled construction help stabilize temperatures and conserve energy. Floating rod grates tilt to two positions so chefs can dial in sear intensity, manage flare-ups, and stage different products efficiently.
A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system speeds ignition and keeps service moving during peak periods. With a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and a choice of natural gas or liquid propane, this charbroiler integrates cleanly into new installs or line changeouts.
