The Bakers Pride FC-816 wood-burning gas pizza deck oven from the Il Forno Classico series blends an open-flame burner and arched entry with high-output performance. A 66-inch-wide chamber and 140,000 BTU throughput help deliver even energy for crisp bottoms and well-colored tops. Its exhibition-ready design elevates front-of-house presentations in pizzerias and display kitchens.
A 1.5-inch-thick cordierite baking deck and 10-inch deck height promote consistent bake quality across the 66" x 44" surface. Independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers let crews fine-tune balance for Neapolitan, New York, or pan styles. An optional brick-lined ceiling can boost top heat and speed recovery between rushes.
Streamline service with a continuously lit automatic oven starter and reliable 120V igniter for quick light-offs. The fully welded stainless steel interior and exterior withstands daily high-volume use, while a build-in design accepts stone, brick, or tile facades for a classic look. For growing operations, the FC-816 can be stacked over Bakers Pride Y or D series deck ovens to expand capacity.
