The Bakers Pride FC-816/Y-800 blends traditional wood-fired character with the control and consistency of a high-performance gas deck oven. Engineered for high-volume pizzerias and busy restaurants, its 260,000 BTU output and arched opening with a visible open-flame burner drive fast recovery and even bakes during peak service.
Two independent baking chambers with 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite, Lightstone, or brick-lined decks deliver exceptional heat retention and flexibility for different pizza styles. The 10-inch top deck height and 8-inch bottom deck height let teams stage thin or thicker pies to match throughput demands.
A fully welded stainless steel interior and exterior simplify cleaning and withstand daily use, while an automatic oven starter with a 120V igniter speeds start-up.
