With a 60,000 BTU output, it preheats quickly, recovers fast between orders, and spreads heat evenly across the 30-inch-wide chambers. Put it to work on pizzas, flatbreads, and par-baked items during peak periods.
Bake on 1.5-inch-thick cordierite decks that hold heat for crisp, consistent crusts. Two independently controlled chambers and a modulating thermostat (300°F–650°F) let you run different bake profiles at once—for example, rapid bakes below and precision finishes above.
A fully welded stainless exterior and aluminized chambers stand up to daily demand. Field-reversible, bottom-hinged doors and a stackable footprint streamline installation and scaling, while 4-inch adjustable legs help level on crowded counters. A front-mounted hinged control access panel and slide-out flame diverter simplify service and fine-tuning.
