Load, stage, and rotate products across four independently controlled chambers to run different temps and bake times side by side. 1.5-inch-thick cordierite decks and a modulating thermostat spanning 300°F to 650°F help you dial in crisp crusts, quick bakes on the lower decks, and controlled finishes up top.
Engineered for daily service, the GP62 pairs a fully welded stainless steel exterior with aluminized steel baking chambers and bottom-hinged, field-reversible doors.
