The Bakers Pride L-48RS countertop gas radiant charbroiler maximizes grilling capacity in a compact footprint. At 48 inches wide and 13 inches high, it fits busy cooklines while delivering the sear, marks, and flavor guests expect.
Free-floating round rod grates and an EZ tilt design move drippings toward the front grease trough to streamline cleanup and keep stations moving. Stainless steel radiants and stainless steel on all sides stand up to daily use in restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
A 6-inch service shelf gives chefs space to stage pans and plate orders, and the included top grid scraper speeds between-service maintenance.
