The Bakers Pride P18S electric countertop pizza oven helps chefs and operators maximize output in tight spaces while delivering consistent results. Its compact footprint and even heat distribution streamline bake flow for restaurants, pizzerias, concession stands, and food trucks.
Leverage two Cordierite decks in a single chamber to bake directly on the deck, on screens, or in pans. Independently controlled incoloy top and bottom elements and a 300°F–650°F range let you dial in browning and finish for fresh-dough pizzas, pretzels, and flatbreads.
A stainless steel exterior and fully welded, aluminized steel baking chamber withstand daily commercial use. A 15-minute timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off supports precise turns, while the included 6' cord and adjustable legs simplify setup on crowded lines.
