Dial in results with independently controlled incoloy top and bottom elements across a wide 140°F–550°F range. A single cordierite deck measuring 20.75" W x 20.75" D and a 7" deck height accommodate taller items and varied bake profiles, from par-bakes to finishing.
Built for daily commercial use, the P24-BL features a stainless steel exterior and a fully welded, aluminized steel baking chamber. A 60-minute electric timer with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off supports precise workflow, while the compact footprint suits food trucks, concession stands, and space-conscious kitchens.
