Power through busy service with the Bakers Pride P44-BL HearthBake electric countertop pizza oven. Dual brick-lined baking chambers and four Cordierite decks deliver fast recovery and even heat, so pizzas, flatbreads, and pretzels finish beautifully. A 7.2 kW system and 284°F–680°F range let you dial in everything from par-bakes to crisp, finished pies.
Stage multiple orders at once with 20.75" x 20.75" decks and a 2.75" deck height that supports baking directly on the deck, in pans, or on screens. Independent incoloy elements above and below each deck fine-tune top/bottom balance, reducing rotation and re-fires. Two 15-minute timers with continuous-ring alarms help crews monitor throughput without babysitting.
Built for high-demand lines, the stainless steel exterior, fully welded aluminized steel chambers, and full insulation maintain heat and withstand daily use. Adjustable 4" legs simplify leveling on crowded prep lines, and the stackable design expands capacity without taking more floor space. Use it to speed-lane slices during lunch, finish artisan flatbreads at the bar, or batch-bake pretzels for concessions.
