Two independently controlled baking chambers with brick-lined cordierite decks capture and reradiate heat for rapid recovery and consistent bakes. Compact and efficient, it helps chefs and operators turn out pizzas, pretzels, and flatbreads on schedule, even during peak periods.
Dial in precise results across a 150°F–550°F range using independent incoloy top and bottom elements in each chamber. The 7-inch deck height and 20.75" x 20.75" deck size per chamber accommodate a variety of products, from par-baked crusts to artisan flatbreads, while maintaining even browning and crisp structure.
Built for daily service, the P48-BL features a stainless steel exterior and a fully welded, aluminized steel baking chamber. Two 60-minute timers with continuous-ring alarms and manual shut-off streamline workflow, and 4-inch adjustable legs simplify countertop placement. Optional stacking kits are available to expand production as demand grows.
