Dial in recipes from 150°F to 550°F using separately regulated incoloy top and bottom elements in each chamber. The 20.75" x 20.75" decks and 7.5" deck height handle pans, screens, or baking directly on the stone, while twin 60-minute timers with continuous-ring alarms keep tickets moving.
Built for commercial service, the P48S pairs a stainless steel exterior with a fully welded, aluminized-steel baking chamber and full insulation for consistent heat.
