Its expansive 66 inch by 44 inch deck and 7.5 inch section height streamline loading, staging, and rotation. A 2 inch FibraMent™ hearth stores and radiates heat for dependable, repeatable results across service.
Microslide heat controls and a wide 300°F to 650°F range let chefs fine-tune bakes for classic pies, Sicilian trays, calzones, or flatbreads. The 120,000 BTU burner capacity supports continuous production during peak periods.
