A spacious 60" W x 36" D deck pairs with two 8" high sections to organize workflow and handle varied orders throughout peak periods. Use it to turn out pizzas, calzones, and flatbreads with consistent results shift after shift.
A 2" FibraMent™ hearth deck supports deck-style baking, while micro-slides heat controls span 300°F to 650°F to fine-tune production from low-and-slow bakes to high-heat finishes. With a total of 240,000 BTU, the Y-602 is built to keep pace with high-volume kitchens.
Aluminized steel interiors and a stainless steel exterior finish stand up to daily use and cleaning. Side or rear connections help fit the oven into existing utility runs, and 7-gauge legs provide a sturdy foundation. NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and CE certifications support compliance across a range of installations.
