Engineered to be built behind a brick, tile, or stone facade, this gas double deck oven elevates open-kitchen presentation with its dome top accent and front and side skirts. Chefs and operators can showcase craftsmanship while keeping throughput high.
Powered by 240,000 BTU, the Y-802-DSP fires from 300°F to 650°F to handle New York slices, pan pizzas, and bakery items with confidence. Each deck features a 66" x 44" Lightstone FibraMent hearth that is 2" thick, delivering strong heat retention and even bakes. An 8" deck height accommodates large pies, calzones, and breads with consistent results.
Independent top and bottom dampers fine-tune color and bake during peak periods, while spring-balanced, fully insulated doors speed loading and preserve chamber heat. A heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior stand up to daily service. Left-side or rear 3/4" NPT connection streamlines installation in crowded cooklines.
