A cordierite brick-lined ceiling and 2" Lightstone FibraMent hearth deliver excellent heat retention and rapid recovery for steady ticket times.
Built for demanding workflows, its heavy-duty stainless exterior, aluminized interior, and spring-balanced, fully insulated doors help lock in heat and stand up to daily use. Left-side or rear 3/4" NPT gas connections ease installation, and the stackable design supports production growth and multi-oven lines.
