Engineered for busy prep lines and deli stations, the Berkel X13-PLUS manual gravity feed food slicer pairs a 13" stainless steel knife with a 45° carriage to streamline consistent, precise cuts. Dial in thickness up to 1-5/16" to portion meats, cheeses, and vegetables to spec.
Operators get intuitive control from ergonomic index knob placement and sealed pushbutton controls that stay clear of the food zone. A one-piece, NSF-approved polymer base and product table reduce seams for faster wipe-downs, while an anodized aluminum gauge plate and knife cover add durable, cleanable surfaces. A removable sharpener and a permanent knife ring guard support edge maintenance and operator safety.
Handle everything from paper-thin shaves to hearty sandwich slices while accommodating product up to 8½" round, 7½" square, or 10½" x 6¾" rectangular. The 1/2 HP drive and 120v connection keep service moving, and the included kickstand makes it easy to clean underneath between rushes.
