Built for busy commercial entries, the Berner ARC16-2060E-1 recessed air door helps protect interior comfort and efficiency without interrupting traffic flow. Its 60-inch, electric heated design and dual 1 hp motors create a consistent air curtain over openings up to 16 feet high. The architectural recessed format integrates cleanly above the doorway to preserve sightlines in front- or back-of-house spaces.
Operators can fine-tune performance using the two-speed operation and Intelliswitch controller, adapting output to changing weather or rush periods. A hinged white aluminum bottom access panel speeds routine maintenance, helping staff keep the unit performing during peak service.
Deploy it at kitchen entrances, loading doors, or lobby vestibules to stabilize temperatures and elevate guest comfort. The three-phase, 28 kW heated airstream strengthens the barrier at the threshold, supporting energy-conscious operation throughout demanding shifts. Made in USA.
