Engineered for high-traffic commercial entrances up to 16 feet high, the Berner ARC16-2096E-2-3 recessed air curtain creates a controlled barrier that helps keep conditioned air in and outside air out. At 96 inches long with a recessed architectural design and a clean white aluminum access panel, it integrates above doorways without disrupting aesthetics.
Two 1 hp motors drive a two-speed airstream you can fine-tune with the Intelliswitch controller to match door usage and seasonal needs. The 28 kW electric heat tempers incoming air, improving comfort at receiving docks, kitchen service doors, and front-of-house entries.
Operators gain a dependable way to reduce drafts, limit infiltration, and maintain consistent temperatures where staff and guests move most. Made in the USA and cULus listed, this recessed solution delivers performance and serviceability for chefs, facility managers, and foodservice buyers.
