The Berner ARC16-3144E-3 recessed air door creates a uniform, high-velocity air stream over wide, tall openings to help separate indoor and outdoor conditions. At 144 inches long and engineered for mounting heights up to 16 feet, it’s a powerful choice for receiving bays, grocery vestibules, and large back-of-house doors where comfort and cleanliness matter.
Electric heat (42 kW) tempers the discharge air, while three 1 hp motors and two-speed operation let teams match performance to traffic and weather. The Intelliswitch controller streamlines setup, enabling quick adjustments to speed and heat for smoother workflow in busy kitchens and high-traffic facilities.
A hinged white aluminum bottom access panel simplifies service in recessed installations, minimizing downtime. Built by Berner in the USA and cULus listed, this architectural series air curtain supports energy-conscious operation and a professional front- or back-of-house presentation.
