The Berner ARD12-3144E Architectural Series Recessed 12 air door spans 144 inches to protect wide entrances while preserving a clean, built-in look. Electric heat rated at 42 kW tempers incoming air as doors open, supporting comfort and consistency. Mount on openings up to 12 feet high to keep traffic moving without disrupting indoor conditions.
Three 1/2 hp motors drive a focused stream of air across the threshold, and a ten-speed setup lets you align performance with weather and workload. Deploy it at loading docks, kitchen service doors, or front-of-house vestibules where open-door convenience meets climate needs.
