Keep traffic moving and interior conditions stable with the Berner IDC12-2108A-1 industrial series direct drive air curtain. This unheated, 108-inch unit creates a uniform air barrier so doors can remain open for service while helping deter flying insects and infiltration. It’s a strong fit for busy kitchens, receiving docks, and production areas that demand throughput.
Two 1/2 hp direct drive motors deliver consistent performance for doors up to 12 ft high for environmental separation and up to 10 ft high for insect protection. Interior mounting above the opening streamlines installation and keeps equipment clear of aisleways. The aluminized steel housing with a powder-coated finish and aluminum inlet screen stands up to demanding, high-traffic use.
Single-phase operation simplifies electrical planning, and it is UL and cULus listed. Made in the USA, the IDC12-2108A-1 helps chefs, facility managers, and foodservice operators maintain comfortable, efficient entryways.
