A stainless steel top creates a rugged work surface for pouring, plating, or staging, while the stainless steel interior with radius corners speeds wipe-downs and supports food-safe storage that meets NSF Standard 7 for open containers. Snap-in door gaskets simplify maintenance between shifts. Left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor to deliver reliable cold holding.
