Showcase and serve with the Beverage Air CDR5HC-1-B refrigerated deli case, a 60-1/4" wide display designed for busy front-of-house operations. Curved front glass, LED interior lighting, and a stainless steel interior with mirrored end caps present meats, cheeses, salads, and baked goods with clarity. Removable sliding glass rear doors help chefs and counter staff restock quickly and keep service moving.
The self-contained refrigeration system uses a maintenance-free condenser, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a hot gas condensate evaporator for efficient daily performance. Open food rated, the case includes two adjustable shelves with price tag molding to adapt layouts as menus change, plus an electrical outlet for a scale at the service station. With 17 cu. ft. of capacity and a clean black exterior, it fits delis, cafes, supermarkets, and institutional foodservice lines.
