A right-hand hinged glass door speeds checks and showcases contents, while three shelves organize pans, produce, and prep. Electronic control with a digital display and LED interior lighting help staff set temperatures and retrieve items quickly during peak service.
Automatic defrost, variable speed compressor technology, and an expansion valve work together to balance pull-down and energy use with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Use it as a backup freezer for batch production overnight, then convert to refrigerated holding for service to streamline workflow.
