A refrigerated pan rail on the stainless steel top holds two full-size pans, so your most-used toppings stay cold at the point of assembly. With 12 cu. ft. of storage below, you can stage backup product for continuous service.
Work cleanly on the 19-inch cutting board while accessing prepped items through a single door and two shelves. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor to deliver reliable, efficient performance. Stainless steel front, sides, and top pair with an aluminum interior to handle demanding kitchen conditions.
