Its stainless steel top with refrigerated pan rail holds up to three full-size pans, keeping toppings chilled and within easy reach. A 19-inch cutting board provides a generous, dedicated surface for stretching dough, dressing pies, and finishing builds.
Stage bulk ingredients below in the two-section base, featuring 20.7 cubic feet of capacity with two doors and four shelves to separate cheeses, sauces, and backups. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system delivers dependable cold performance while simplifying installation and service access.
