The Beverage Air DP72HC pizza prep table helps chefs and operators accelerate make-line production with organized cold storage and a generous prep surface. This 72-inch, two-section counter offers 22.8 cu. ft. of capacity behind two doors with four shelves, keeping dough, sauces, and toppings ready to go. A stainless steel top with a refrigerated pan rail holds three full-size pans to stage high-use ingredients within arm’s reach.
A 19-inch cutting board provides ample room for stretching pies, building sandwiches, or finishing salads during peak service. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration preserves interior space and streamlines installation. Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a durable aluminum interior.
Powered by a 1/2 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the DP72HC balances performance with sustainability. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation certified, and Made in USA—suited for pizz
