A refrigerated pan rail and stainless steel top position pans for fast, accurate assembly.
Prep, portion, and plate on the expansive 19-inch cutting board while three doors and six shelves organize backups below. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system supports reliable performance in busy kitchens. Stainless steel front, sides, and top with an aluminum interior handle daily cleaning and heavy use.
